Founder
Paul founded Evōk Polymers to supply customers with the highest quality injection molded components at the lowest possible price, combining proprietary technology with white-glove service. With over 25 years of experience in engineering, product design, and injection molding problem-solving, Paul brings deep expertise to every project. Previously, he led new product development at Caliber Products, where he launched 13 new products, grew sales 540%, and expanded the customer base from 25 to 144 with 100% retention. As a senior mechanical engineer at Entegris, he managed a $40 million product line for semiconductor applications. Paul's career began at Rollerblade, followed by roles at General Mills and Boston Scientific. He holds four U.S. utility patents, is a Six Sigma black belt certified in process optimization, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University. He is an active member of the Allied Executives Business Leadership Peer group and the Institute of Packaging Professionals.
Industrial Designer
Jason is a seasoned industrial designer with a passion for creating innovative and functional products. Living in a multi-generational household with his wife, two sons, and mother nurtures his innate empathy, which profoundly influences his design approach as he keenly observes human behavior and translates those insights into user-centered solutions. Jason's ability to understand how people interact with products allows him to design components that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. His work combines creative vision with practical engineering considerations, ensuring designs are optimized for injection molding manufacturing. In his leisure time, Jason enjoys indulging in his passions for cooking and gaming, activities that fuel his creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. His holistic approach to design—considering human factors, manufacturability, and aesthetics—makes him an invaluable member of the Evōk team.

Sr. Industrial Designer
Shawn is an ever-curious senior industrial designer who has been a vital creative force on some of the most advanced seating projects of the last two decades. He excels at graphically and physically communicating evolving design concepts and part features by building complex mechanical and visual prototypes in a variety of materials. Shawn creates photorealistic renderings for clients using Otoy OctaneRender® and develops layouts, diagrams, and logos with Adobe Creative Cloud. His expertise in finding mechanical molded part solutions that can be prototyped and confirmed prior to tooling has proven invaluable—his involvement in pre-molding design reviews has significantly reduced risk in many recent large-scale projects. Shawn holds several patents and has conducted research on diverse projects ranging from consumer lawn mower products to biotech and medical facilities. His ability to bridge the gap between design vision and manufacturing reality ensures parts are both beautiful and producible. Outside of work, Shawn practices photography and enjoys the vibrant Twin Cities live music scene.

Daniel's expertise in system and process design, coupled with his ability to cultivate strategic partnerships, sets him apart in the manufacturing industry.
