With over 25 years of experience in engineering, product design, and injection molding, he brings unmatched expertise to solving complex manufacturing challenges. Paul's career spans leadership roles at Rollerblade, General Mills, Boston Scientific, Entegris, and Caliber Products, where he led new product development that grew sales 540% and expanded customers from 25 to 144 with 100% retention. His deep knowledge encompasses tooling, functional assessments, 3D modeling, prototype fabrication, testing qualifications, tolerance analysis, and mold flow studies. Paul holds four U.S. utility patents, is a Six Sigma black belt, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University.
