Before founding Evok, Paul led new product development for Caliber Products, where he designed and launched 13 products while growing sales 540% and expanding the customer base from 25 to 144 companies with 100% retention. His technical background includes senior engineering roles at Entegris, managing a $40 million product line, and design positions at Rollerblade, General Mills, and Boston Scientific. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University with emphasis in rapid prototyping and 3D modeling. Shawn Monitor brings two decades of creative design expertise to Macedonia's most advanced injection molding projects. Shawn's research portfolio spans consumer lawn mower products to biotech and medical facilities, with several patents to his name. His keen eye for graphically and physically representing part features helps manufacturing teams visualize solutions before committing to production. Outside the design studio, Shawn practices photography and enjoys the vibrant Twin Cities live music scene, bringing creative perspective to every project challenge.
