Founder
Paul Dathe founded Evōk Polymers with a singular vision: to deliver the highest quality injection molded components at the lowest possible price through proprietary technology, deep industry knowledge, and exceptional customer service. With over 25 years of specialized experience in engineering, product design, and solving complex injection molding challenges, Paul brings unmatched expertise to every project. Prior to founding Evok, he led new product development for Caliber Products, launching 13 new products while growing sales 540% and expanding the customer base from 25 to 144 with 100% retention. As senior mechanical engineer at Entegris, he managed a $40 million product line for semiconductor applications. Paul holds four U.S. utility patents, is a Six Sigma black belt, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University. He is a member of Allied Executives Business Leadership Peer group and the Institute of Packaging Professionals.
Industrial Designer
Jason is a seasoned industrial designer with a passion for creating innovative and functional products that enhance human experience. His empathetic design approach stems from living in a multi-generational household with his wife, two sons, and mother, where he keenly observes human behavior and needs. This unique perspective informs every aspect of his work at Evok, where he translates customer visions into manufacturable, market-ready products. Jason's expertise in balancing aesthetics with functionality ensures that every injection molded component not only performs flawlessly but also delivers exceptional user experience. Outside the studio, Jason enjoys exploring his passions for cooking, gaming, and unwinding with family.

Sr. Industrial Designer
Shawn brings two decades of creative excellence to advanced product development, specializing in graphically and physically communicating evolving design concepts through complex mechanical and visual prototypes. His expertise in finding molded part solutions that can be prototyped and validated before tooling has proven instrumental in reducing risk on large-scale projects. Shawn creates photorealistic renderings using Otoy OctaneRender® and develops sophisticated layouts, diagrams, and logos with Adobe Creative Cloud. His keen ability to visualize and communicate part features has been vital on some of the industry's most advanced seating and mechanical projects. Holding several patents, Shawn has conducted research spanning consumer lawn mower products to biotech and medical facilities. Outside work, he practices photography and enjoys the vibrant Twin Cities live music scene.
