At Entegris, he managed a $40 million product line for semiconductor applications. Paul's career began at Rollerblade before roles at General Mills and Boston Scientific. He holds four U.S. utility patents, earned Six Sigma black belt certification, and graduated from Bemidji State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Design emphasizing rapid prototyping and 3D modeling. He actively participates in the Allied Executives Business Leadership Peer group and Institute of Packaging Professionals.

Shawn Monitor serves as a vital creative force in advanced injection molding design projects spanning two decades. His exceptional ability to communicate evolving design concepts through complex mechanical and visual prototypes in various materials has been instrumental in reducing risk for large-scale projects. Shawn builds prototypes that validate molded part solutions before tooling commitment, conducts pre-molding design reviews, and creates photorealistic renderings using Otoy OctaneRender®. He develops technical layouts, diagrams, and logos with Adobe Creative Cloud while finding innovative mechanical solutions for challenging applications. His research portfolio ranges from consumer lawn equipment to biotech and medical facilities. Shawn holds several patents and brings meticulous attention to detail that ensures design concepts translate successfully into production-ready components. Outside work, he practices photography and enjoys the Twin Cities live music scene.

Dr. Daniel Hoyt leads business development at Evōk with expertise in system and process design coupled with strategic partnership cultivation.
