With over 25 years of experience spanning engineering, product design, and sales, Paul specializes in solving complex injection molding challenges. His career includes leading new product development at Caliber Products, where he launched 13 products, grew sales 540%, and expanded the customer base from 25 to 144 with 100% retention. As senior mechanical engineer at Entegris, he managed a $40 million product line for semiconductor applications. Paul holds four U.S. utility patents, is a Six Sigma black belt, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University. He is a member of Allied Executives Business Leadership Peer group and the Institute of Packaging Professionals.

Jason is a seasoned industrial designer with a passion for creating innovative and functional products that improve everyday life. His design philosophy is deeply influenced by his multi-generational household, where he lives with his wife, two sons, and mother. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys exploring his passions for cooking and gaming, finding inspiration in both the precision of culinary arts and the problem-solving nature of games. Shawn brings unparalleled curiosity and technical skill to EVOK, having been instrumental in some of the most advanced seating and product design projects over the past two decades. He excels at communicating evolving design concepts through complex mechanical and visual prototypes crafted in various materials. His expertise in photorealistic rendering using Otoy OctaneRender® and graphic development with Adobe Creative Cloud helps clients visualize final products before committing to tooling. Shawn's involvement in pre-molding design reviews has significantly reduced risk on large-scale projects by finding mechanical molded part solutions that can be prototyped and confirmed early in the development process. He holds several patents and has conducted research across diverse industries, from consumer products to biotech and medical applications. Outside work, Shawn practices photography and enjoys the vibrant Twin Cities live music scene.
