Paul Dathe founded Evōk Polymers with a singular mission: delivering the highest quality injection molded components at the lowest possible price through proprietary technology and exceptional customer service. With over 25 years of engineering, product design, and sales experience, Paul specializes in solving complex injection molding challenges. He previously led new product development at Caliber Products, where he designed and launched 13 new products, growing sales 540% and expanding the customer base from 25 to 144 with 100% retention. As senior mechanical engineer at Entegris, Paul managed a $40 million product line for semiconductor applications. He began his career at Rollerblade before contributing to General Mills and Boston Scientific. Paul holds four U.S. utility patents, earned Six Sigma black belt certification, and received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University. He's an active member of Allied Executives Business Leadership Peer group and the Institute of Packaging Professionals.

Jason is a seasoned industrial designer passionate about creating innovative and functional products that solve real-world problems. His design approach is deeply influenced by his multi-generational household, where living with his wife, two sons, and mother nurtures his innate empathy and keen observation of human behavior. This unique perspective shapes how he approaches product development—always considering the end user's needs, ergonomics, and lifecycle experience. Jason's ability to balance technical requirements with human-centered design principles makes him invaluable in developing products that are both manufacturable and delightful to use. When he's not designing, Jason enjoys cooking, gaming, and unwinding with his family, activities that continue to inform his creative process and problem-solving abilities.

Shawn brings curiosity and creativity to some of the most advanced seating and product projects of the past two decades. He excels at graphically and physically communicating evolving design concepts through complex mechanical and visual prototypes built in various materials. His photorealistic renderings in Otoy OctaneRender® and design work in Adobe Creative Cloud help clients visualize products before production. Shawn has been instrumental in finding mechanical molded part solutions that can be prototyped and confirmed prior to tooling, significantly reducing risk in large-scale projects through his involvement in pre-molding design reviews. His work has resulted in several patents and spans diverse industries from consumer lawn products to biotech and medical facilities. Outside the studio, Shawn practices photography and frequently enjoys the vibrant Twin Cities live music scene, activities that continue to fuel his creative vision.

Daniel's expertise in system and process design, coupled with his ability to cultivate strategic partnerships, distinguishes him as a leader in manufacturing innovation. He's passionate about creating Lean Partnership-Based Organizations that empower small and mid-sized businesses to compete effectively. At EVOK, Daniel leads initiatives that challenge traditional norms across part design, prototyping, tooling, and injection mold manufacturing.
