Paul Dathe founded Evōk Polymers with a passion for helping people with manufacturing of plastic parts, driven by the goal of supplying customers with the highest quality injection molded components at the lowest possible price. With over 25 years of experience in engineering, product design, and sales specializing in solving injection molding problems, Paul brings unmatched expertise to every project. Prior to founding Evok, he led new product development for Caliber Products where he designed, developed, and launched 13 new products, growing sales 540% and customers from 25 to 144 with 100% client retention. His career also includes serving as senior mechanical engineer for Entegris, where he managed a $40 million product line of ultra-clean liquid delivery systems for semiconductor and flat panel applications. Paul holds four U.S. utility patents, is a Six Sigma black belt, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University. He is a member of Allied Executives Business Leadership Peer group and the Institute of Packaging Professionals.

Jason is a seasoned industrial designer with a passion for creating innovative and functional products that blend form with purpose. His design approach is deeply influenced by his life within a multi-generational household, where living with his wife, two sons, and mother nurtures his innate empathy and keen observation of human behavior. This unique perspective allows Jason to design products that genuinely connect with users' needs and experiences. His ability to understand how people interact with products in real-world environments translates into designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional and user-centric. Beyond his professional work, Jason finds fulfillment in pursuing his passions for cooking, gaming, and unwinding, which provide creative inspiration and balance to his design practice.

Shawn brings perpetual curiosity and has been a vital creative force on some of the most advanced seating projects over the last two decades. He excels at graphically and physically communicating evolving design concepts and part features through building complex mechanical and visual prototypes in a variety of materials. His expertise in creating photorealistic renderings using Otoy OctaneRender® and developing layouts, diagrams, and logos with Adobe Creative Cloud enables clear visualization of concepts before production. Shawn has been instrumental in finding mechanical molded part solutions that can be prototyped and confirmed prior to tooling, significantly reducing risk in large-scale projects through his involvement in pre-molding design reviews. He holds several patents and has conducted research on diverse projects ranging from consumer lawn mower products to biotech and medical facilities. Outside of work, Shawn practices photography and enjoys the vibrant Twin Cities live music scene.
