With over 25 years of experience in engineering, product design, and sales—specializing in solving complex injection molding challenges—Paul brings unmatched expertise to every project. Prior to founding Evok, he led new product development for Caliber Products, launching 13 new products while growing sales 540% and expanding the customer base from 25 to 144 with 100% retention. He also served as senior mechanical engineer for Entegris, managing a $40 million product line of ultra-clean liquid delivery systems. Paul holds four U.S. utility patents, is a Six Sigma black belt, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University.

Jason is a seasoned industrial designer with a passion for creating innovative and functional products that serve real human needs. His design philosophy is deeply influenced by his life within a multi-generational household—living with his wife, two sons, and mother nurtures an innate empathy that shapes his approach to product development. Shawn has been a vital creative force on some of the most advanced seating projects of the last two decades, bringing ever-curious energy and technical mastery to every challenge. He excels at graphically and physically communicating evolving design concepts and part features through complex mechanical and visual prototypes crafted in a variety of materials. His photorealistic renderings in Otoy OctaneRender® and design layouts in Adobe Creative Cloud help clients visualize concepts with stunning clarity. Shawn has been instrumental in finding molded part solutions that can be prototyped and confirmed prior to tooling investment—his involvement in pre-molding design reviews has significantly reduced risk on large-scale projects. Shawn holds several patents and has conducted research spanning consumer lawn mower products to biotech and medical facilities. Outside work, he practices photography and enjoys the vibrant Twin Cities live music scene.

Daniel's expertise in system and process design, coupled with his ability to cultivate strategic partnerships, sets him apart in the manufacturing industry. His passion for innovation and collaboration drives his work building Lean Partnership-Based Organizations that empower small and mid-sized businesses.
