With over 25 years of experience in engineering, product design, and sales, Paul specializes in solving problems in injection molding custom plastic components. Prior to founding Evōk, he led new product development for Caliber Products, growing sales 540% and expanding customers from 25 to 144 with 100% client retention. He launched 13 new products while leading tooling, functional assessments, proof of concepts, 3D modeling, prototype fabrication, testing qualifications, tolerance analysis, and mold flow studies. Previously, Paul served as senior mechanical engineer for Entegris, responsible for a $40 million product line of ultra-clean liquid delivery systems for semiconductor and flat panel TV applications. He began his career at Rollerblade as a design and prototype engineer before roles at General Mills and Boston Scientific. Paul holds four U.S. utility patents, is a Six Sigma black belt, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University. He is a member of Allied Executives Business Leadership Peer group and the Institute of Packaging Professionals.

Jason is a seasoned industrial designer with a passion for creating innovative and functional products. His design approach is influenced by his innate empathy and keen observation of human behavior, nurtured within a multi-generational household where he lives with his wife, two sons, and mother. His creative process is informed by deep understanding of how people interact with products in real-world settings. In his leisure time, Jason enjoys indulging in his passions for cooking, gaming, and unwinding, bringing a well-rounded perspective to his design work that balances technical expertise with human-centered thinking.

Shawn is ever curious and has been a vital creative force on some of the most advanced seating projects of the last two decades. He is particularly adept at graphically and physically communicating evolving design concepts and part features through complex mechanical and visual prototypes in a variety of materials. Shawn creates photorealistic renderings for clients in Otoy OctaneRender® and develops layouts, diagrams, and logos with Adobe Creative Cloud. He has been instrumental in finding mechanical molded part solutions that can be prototyped and confirmed prior to going to tooling, with his involvement on pre-molding design reviews reducing risk in many recent large-scale projects. Shawn holds several patents and has conducted research on projects ranging from consumer lawn mower products to biotech and medical facilities. Outside of work, he practices photography and is often found enjoying the vibrant Twin Cities live music scene.
