Paul founded Evok Polymers with a singular mission: delivering the highest quality injection molded components at the lowest possible price through proprietary technology and exceptional service. With over 25 years in engineering, product design, and injection molding, Paul brings unparalleled expertise to every project. His track record speaks volumes—at Caliber Products, he launched 13 new products, grew sales 540%, and expanded the customer base from 25 to 144 with 100% retention. As a Six Sigma black belt with four U.S. utility patents, Paul has led tooling, functional assessments, 3D modeling, prototype fabrication, and mold flow studies across industries from powersports to semiconductor manufacturing. His previous roles at Entegris, where he managed a $40 million product line, and positions at Rollerblade, General Mills, and Boston Scientific, have shaped his comprehensive understanding of the entire product development lifecycle. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University and is a member of the Allied Executives Business Leadership Peer group and the Institute of Packaging Professionals.
