Paul Dathe founded Evōk Polymers with a passion for helping businesses manufacture exceptional plastic parts. With over 25 years of experience in engineering, product design, and sales, Paul specializes in solving complex injection molding challenges. His track record includes leading new product development at Caliber Products, where he designed and launched 13 new products, achieving 540% sales growth and expanding the customer base from 25 to 144 with 100% retention. Paul's expertise spans tooling, functional assessments, 3D modeling, prototype fabrication, testing qualifications, tolerance analysis, and mold flow studies. Previously, as senior mechanical engineer at Entegris, he managed a $40 million product line of ultra-clean liquid delivery systems for semiconductor applications. Paul holds four U.S. utility patents, is a Six Sigma black belt, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University. Shawn Monitor has been a vital creative force on some of the most advanced seating and mechanical projects of the last two decades. His expertise lies in graphically and physically communicating evolving design concepts through complex mechanical and visual prototypes built in a variety of materials. Shawn creates photorealistic renderings using Otoy OctaneRender® and develops layouts, diagrams, and logos with Adobe Creative Cloud. His particular strength is finding mechanical molded part solutions that can be prototyped and confirmed prior to tooling, significantly reducing risk in large-scale projects.
