Paul Dathe has a passion for helping people with manufacturing of plastic parts and founded Evōk Polymers with the goal of supplying customers with the highest quality injection molded components at the lowest possible price. With over 25 years of experience in engineering, product design, and sales, Paul specializes in solving complex injection molding problems. Prior to founding Evok, he led new product development for Caliber Products, an industry leader in powersports, where he designed, developed, and launched 13 new products while growing sales 540% and expanding customers from 25 to 144 with 100% client retention. Previously, Paul served as senior mechanical engineer for Entegris, responsible for a $40 million product line of ultra clean liquid delivery systems. He holds four U.S. utility patents, is a Six Sigma black belt, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University. Paul is a member of Allied Executives Business Leadership Peer group and the Institute of Packaging Professionals.

Jason is a seasoned industrial designer with a passion for creating innovative and functional products. He finds fulfillment beyond his professional endeavors within a multi-generational household, living with his wife, two sons, and mother, which nurtures his innate empathy and influences his design approach as he keenly observes human behavior. Jason's ability to understand user needs and translate them into practical design solutions makes him invaluable to the Evok team. His empathy-driven design philosophy ensures that every product not only meets technical specifications but also resonates with end users. In his leisure time, Jason enjoys indulging in his passions for cooking, gaming, and unwinding, bringing a balanced perspective to his creative work.

Shawn is ever curious and has been a vital creative force on some of the most advanced seating projects of the last two decades. He is particularly adept at graphically and physically communicating evolving design concepts and part features by building complex mechanical and visual prototypes in a variety of materials. Shawn creates photorealistic renderings for clients in Otoy OctaneRender® and develops layouts, diagrams, and logos with Adobe Creative Cloud. His expertise in finding mechanical molded part solutions that can be prototyped and confirmed prior to tooling has been instrumental in reducing risk in many recent large-scale projects. His involvement in pre-molding design reviews has saved clients significant time and resources. Shawn holds several patents and has conducted research on projects ranging from consumer lawn mower products to biotech and medical facilities. Outside of work, he practices photography and is often found enjoying the vibrant Twin Cities live music scene.

Daniel's expertise in system and process design, coupled with his ability to cultivate strategic partnerships, sets him apart in the industry. His passion for innovation and collaboration shines through in his work, as he is dedicated to creating Lean Partnership-Based Organizations that empower small and mid-sized businesses. At Evok, he leads initiatives that challenge traditional norms in part design, prototyping, tooling, and injection mold part manufacturing.
