Paul Dathe brings over 25 years of specialized experience in injection molding, product design, and rapid prototyping to every project. As founder of Evōk Polymers, Paul's passion for helping clients manufacture superior plastic and silicone parts drives our commitment to quality and innovation. His background includes leading new product development at Caliber Products, where he designed and launched 13 products while growing sales 540% and maintaining 100% client retention. At Entegris, Paul managed a $40 million product line of ultra-clean liquid delivery systems for semiconductor applications. His career began at Rollerblade as a design and prototype engineer, followed by senior roles at General Mills and Boston Scientific. Paul holds four U.S. utility patents, is a Six Sigma black belt, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University with emphasis in rapid prototyping and 3D computer modeling. He is a member of Allied Executives Business Leadership Peer group and the Institute of Packaging Professionals.
