Founder
Paul Dathe founded Evōk Polymers with a singular mission: to deliver the highest quality injection molded components at the lowest possible price through proprietary technology, deep industry knowledge, and exceptional customer service. With over 25 years of experience spanning engineering, product design, and manufacturing problem-solving, Paul brings unparalleled expertise to custom plastic component development. Before establishing EVOK, he led new product development at Caliber Products, launching 13 innovative products while achieving 540% sales growth and expanding the customer base from 25 to 144 with perfect client retention. His earlier career included senior roles at Entegris, managing a $40 million product line of ultra-clean liquid delivery systems, and design engineering positions at Rollerblade, General Mills, and Boston Scientific.
