Founder
Paul Dathe founded Evōk Polymers with a singular mission: delivering the highest quality injection molded components at the lowest possible price through proprietary technology and white-glove service. With over 25 years of experience in engineering, product design, and manufacturing, Paul specializes in solving complex injection molding challenges. Prior to Evok, he led new product development at Caliber Products, where he launched 13 new products, grew sales 540%, and expanded the customer base from 25 to 144 with 100% retention. His expertise spans tooling, functional assessments, 3D modeling, prototype fabrication, testing qualifications, tolerance analysis, and mold flow studies. Paul previously served as senior mechanical engineer at Entegris, managing a $40 million product line of ultra-clean liquid delivery systems for semiconductor applications. He holds four U.S. utility patents, is a Six Sigma black belt, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University. He's a member of Allied Executives Business Leadership Peer group and the Institute of Packaging Professionals.

Sr. Industrial Designer
Shawn is a vital creative force with two decades of experience on advanced manufacturing projects. He excels at graphically and physically communicating evolving design concepts and part features through complex mechanical and visual prototypes in various materials. Shawn creates photorealistic renderings for clients using Otoy OctaneRender® and develops layouts, diagrams, and logos with Adobe Creative Cloud. He has been instrumental in finding mechanical molded part solutions that can be prototyped and confirmed prior to tooling, significantly reducing risk in large-scale projects. His involvement in pre-molding design reviews has saved countless hours and resources. Shawn's expertise bridges the gap between design intent and manufacturing reality, ensuring parts are optimized for production before committing to expensive tooling. He holds several patents and has conducted research on projects ranging from consumer products to biotech and medical facilities.
