With over 25 years of experience in engineering, product design, and injection molding problem-solving, he brings unparalleled expertise to every project. Paul previously led new product development at Caliber Products, growing sales 540% and expanding the customer base from 25 to 144 with 100% retention. He also served as senior mechanical engineer at Entegris, managing a $40 million product line for semiconductor applications. Paul holds four U.S. utility patents, is a Six Sigma black belt, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University. He is a member of Allied Executives Business Leadership Peer group and the Institute of Packaging Professionals.

Jason is a seasoned industrial designer with a passion for creating innovative and functional products. His design approach is deeply influenced by his empathy and keen observation of human behavior, nurtured within his multi-generational household where he lives with his wife, two sons, and mother. This unique perspective enables him to create designs that resonate with real-world user needs. Jason's creative process is balanced by his diverse interests including cooking, gaming, and relaxation, which contribute to his fresh and innovative design thinking.

Shawn has been a vital creative force on some of the most advanced seating and product projects of the last two decades. His expertise lies in graphically and physically communicating evolving design concepts through complex mechanical and visual prototypes in various materials. Shawn creates photorealistic renderings using Otoy OctaneRender and develops layouts, diagrams, and logos with Adobe Creative Cloud. His involvement in pre-molding design reviews has significantly reduced project risk by finding mechanical molded part solutions that can be prototyped and confirmed before tooling. Shawn holds several patents and has conducted research on projects ranging from consumer lawn products to biotech and medical facilities. Outside work, he practices photography and enjoys the vibrant Twin Cities live music scene.
