As a senior mechanical engineer at Entegris, Paul managed a $40 million product line of ultra-clean liquid delivery systems. His career began at Rollerblade as a design and prototype engineer, followed by senior roles at General Mills and Boston Scientific. Paul holds four U.S. utility patents, earned Six Sigma black belt certification, and received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University. Shawn has been instrumental in finding mechanical molded part solutions that can be prototyped and confirmed before tooling, significantly reducing project risk through pre-molding design reviews. His research spans consumer lawn mower products to biotech and medical facilities. Shawn holds several patents and balances his professional achievements with photography and enjoying the vibrant Twin Cities live music scene.
