With over 25 years of experience in engineering, product design, and injection molding problem-solving, Paul brings unmatched expertise to every structural foam project. He holds four U.S. utility patents and is a Six Sigma black belt, applying rigorous process optimization to large-part manufacturing. Prior to founding EVOK, Paul led new product development at Caliber Products, where he grew sales 540% and expanded the customer base from 25 to 144 companies with 100% retention. His hands-on experience spans tooling design, mold flow analysis, tolerance studies, prototype fabrication, and qualification testing. Paul's technical background includes senior roles at Entegris (managing a $40 million product line) and design engineering positions at Rollerblade, General Mills, and Boston Scientific. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University with emphasis in rapid prototyping and 3D modeling, and remains active in the Institute of Packaging Professionals and Allied Executives Business Leadership Peer group.
