He holds four U.S. utility patents, earned Six Sigma black belt certification, and received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University. Paul is a member of Allied Executives Business Leadership Peer group and the Institute of Packaging Professionals.

Jason Weber is a seasoned industrial designer whose passion for innovation stems from his multi-generational household environment. Living with his wife, two sons, and mother, Jason has developed an innate empathy that profoundly influences his design approach. He keenly observes human behavior and translates these insights into functional, user-centered product designs. His exceptional ability to graphically and physically communicate evolving design concepts makes him invaluable in large part development. Shawn builds complex mechanical and visual prototypes using various materials, creating photorealistic renderings in Otoy OctaneRender® and developing layouts with Adobe Creative Cloud. His expertise in finding mechanical molded part solutions that can be prototyped and confirmed before tooling has significantly reduced project risk. Shawn's involvement in pre-molding design reviews ensures optimal outcomes for large-scale manufacturing initiatives. He holds several patents and has conducted research spanning consumer products to biotech facilities. Outside work, Shawn practices photography and enjoys the vibrant Twin Cities live music scene, bringing creative inspiration to every project.
