Paul Dathe founded Evōk Polymers with a passion for helping people with manufacturing of plastic parts, bringing over 25 years of experience in engineering, product design, and injection molding problem-solving. As a Six Sigma black belt with four U.S. utility patents, Paul specializes in delivering the highest quality injection molded components at the lowest possible price through proprietary technology and white-glove customer service. Before establishing Evok, he led new product development for Caliber Products, where he designed and launched 13 new products, grew sales 540%, and expanded the customer base from 25 to 144 with 100% client retention. Paul's expertise spans tooling, functional assessments, 3D modeling, prototype fabrication, testing qualifications, tolerance analysis, and mold flow studies. He previously served as senior mechanical engineer for Entegris, managing a $40 million product line for semiconductor applications, and began his career at Rollerblade as a design engineer. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University and is a member of Allied Executives Business Leadership Peer group and the Institute of Packaging Professionals.
