With over 25 years of experience in engineering, product design, and injection molding problem-solving, Paul brings deep expertise to every project. He holds four U.S. utility patents and is a Six Sigma black belt. Prior to Evōk, Paul led new product development at Caliber Products, where he grew sales 540% and customers from 25 to 144 with 100% client retention by launching 13 new products. He also served as senior mechanical engineer at Entegris, responsible for a $40 million product line of ultra-clean liquid delivery systems. Paul earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design from Bemidji State University with emphasis in rapid prototyping and 3D computer modelling. He is a member of Allied Executives Business Leadership Peer group and the Institute of Packaging Professionals.

Jason is a seasoned industrial designer with a passion for creating innovative and functional products. His design approach is deeply influenced by his innate empathy and keen observation of human behavior, nurtured within his multi-generational household where he lives with his wife, two sons, and mother. Jason brings a unique perspective to product development, understanding how people interact with and use products in real-world environments. His ability to translate user needs into practical design solutions makes him an invaluable asset to the Evōk team. Beyond his professional work, Jason finds fulfillment in his passions for cooking and gaming, activities that continue to inspire his creative problem-solving in industrial design.

Shawn has been a vital creative force on some of the most advanced seating projects over the last two decades. His curiosity drives his expertise in graphically and physically communicating evolving design concepts and part features through complex mechanical and visual prototypes built in a variety of materials. Shawn creates photorealistic renderings for clients using Otoy OctaneRender® and develops layouts, diagrams, and logos with Adobe Creative Cloud. He has been instrumental in finding mechanical molded part solutions that can be prototyped and confirmed prior to tooling, significantly reducing risk in large-scale projects through his involvement in pre-molding design reviews. Shawn holds several patents and has conducted research on diverse projects ranging from consumer lawn mower products to biotech and medical facilities. Outside of work, he practices photography and enjoys the vibrant Twin Cities live music scene.

Daniel's expertise in system and process design, coupled with his ability to cultivate strategic partnerships, sets him apart in the injection molding industry.
