What is the typical lead time for custom molded products from design to production?
Lead times vary based on project complexity, but our streamlined New Part Development Pipeline is designed for speed to market. The process includes concept feasibility, alpha research with prototypes, beta development with single cavity tooling, qualifications with production tooling, and product launch. Simple projects can move through in weeks, while complex assemblies may take several months. We work closely with you to establish realistic timelines and identify opportunities to accelerate delivery.
